Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to return an item:
- Contact us at info@bellabox.se and state:
- Your name
- Order number
- Which product(s) you would like to return
- We will email you the return information.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back to us.
- Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
Returns Policy:
- ✓ The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Returns must be sent within 30 days of receipt. You pay the return shipping (SEK 49). Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns are not accepted for:
- ✗ Used products
- ✗ Goods without original packaging
- ✗ Products purchased during special campaigns where it is specifically stated that returns are not possible
Returns and refunds
Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping costs are never refunded – neither the original shipping nor the return shipping. Each shipment costs SEK 49, which means a total of SEK 98 will be deducted for a return (SEK 49 for the shipment to you + SEK 49 for the return shipping).
This also applies if you have purchased for over SEK 399 and received free shipping. Free shipping means that we cover the shipping cost upon purchase – but if you return an item, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Example 1:
You purchase for SEK 399 and receive free shipping.
You return an item for SEK 199.
→ You receive SEK 199 minus SEK 98 in shipping costs = SEK 101 in refund.
Example 2:
You purchase for SEK 798 and get free shipping.
You return an item for SEK 199, the remaining sum is SEK 599.
→ You receive SEK 199 minus SEK 98 in shipping costs = SEK 101 as a refund.
